        市民可通過“i銀川”APP、微信小程序、支付寶小程序中的“城市隨手拍”上報不文明現(xiàn)象。通過上報受理事件、參與文明創(chuàng)城活動等方式可以獲取積分獎勵或話費獎勵，積分還可以兌換實物獎品。
        操作方法：授權(quán)登錄“i銀川”—點擊“文明創(chuàng)城”—進入服務(wù)首頁—點擊發(fā)布，填寫上報內(nèi)容—發(fā)布成功后,點擊“我的”—查看上報、處理進度。
